TW plastic mold factory has grown and expanded its capablilities with modern,state of the art equipment and qualified personnel to become a leading source for high quality and high performance plastic mold with its main plastic mold design and management person over 24 years experience.

TW plastic mold factory was established in 1999 as a 3 person shop operating in a 200 sq meter building.Today,he employes 50 people(16 whom are senior moldmakers)and operates in an 8,200 sq. Meter building with advanced mold maching equipments (CNC,EDM,wire-cutting machine,engraving machine,lathe,grinder,radical driller...)for precise plastic mold.

TW plastic mold factory provide our customers with complete "turnkey solution" service. This includes plastic design , plastic mold design ,prototype design ,plastic mold making and plastic molding running to meet our customer's plastic related needs. Discreet orders for plastic mold design, debug, and/ or any level of production molding are also welcome on an individual basis.

Project Procedure

Customer FAQ	Request for quotation with product drawings, samples or just concept.
Quotation	Issue quotation within 3 days
Order Confirmation	Project kicks off upon receipt of deposit
Layout Assembly Drawing	3 to 7 days for layout drawings
Detailed Design	Mold components with detail drawings.
Drawings Final Confirmation	Drawings are finally confirmed by customer
Schedule	Follow up the schedule
mold Manufacture	mold manufacture on schedule,weekly process report
mold Trial Running and Samples Submitted	mold trial running on schedule, and Samples are submitted with a detailed inspection report.
Sample Confirmation	After inspected final samples according to specifications customer make a confirmation.
Packaging	ply-wood case,anti-rust paint,sea-worth packing
Delivery	Paperwork and a CD of assembly drawings are sent to customer at the time of the shipment of the mold.
